STAFF RECRUITING STRATEGY

SkillTech relies on non-traditional recruiting methods that go over and beyond just relying on internet on internet methods. In fact, 85% of our closures come from our unique strategies.

STAFF RECRUITMENT PROCESS

Each profile is technically evaluated based on client, requirements, candidate who will pass our internal interview held by SkillTech interview panel, are proposed to our customer with a detailed technical evaluation sheet

Resources and Team

Referral Network

SkillTech places hundredrs of candidates each year and has a highly effective based referral network whcih constitute towards 25% of our closure.

News Paper Advertisement

SkillTech takes out regular advertisements in newspaper for critical categories or when the demands is in large numbers. News papers allow us to college a large number of interested candidates in a very short span of time. This constitutes towards 10% of our closures.

In House Database

SkillTech has dedicated staff over 25 people whose full time job is to maintain our database. Our database is small but very accurate as its updated every 3 weeks. Our database management team communicates with our database on a regular basis to remain assures of their availability

Portals/Internet Linkedin/Social Media

SkillTech maintains membership on all portals and recruitment based sites, however, it is not our primary recruitment strategy. This constitutes 20% of our coalers.

External Recruitment Network

SkillTech prides itself in its external recruiter network what composes of over 400 recruiters who work for us as part time basis. This constitutes towards 15% of our closure.
